The police headquarters’ has issued a statement to clarify on the fate of the police officer who allegedly shot dead two youths in Kisumu during the peak of the post election violence. In the statement signed by the police spokesman, Eric Kiraithe the police immediately instituted an independent inquiry following the incident.
